The 25-episode series is organized into five themed packs of five episodes each: Boxing Foundations with Rob Couzens, Strength Foundations with Keighty Gallagher, Kickboxing Foundations with Farinaz Lari, Strength Foundations with Adrian Gaskin, and Athletic Movement with Dom Termansen. Each 30-minute episode includes a warm up, workout class, and cool down, and introduces audiences to one of the five styles of movement practice.
